Honey Bun Cake Cookies

Ingredients 
* 2-3 tbsp milk
1 15.25 oz Yellow Cake Mix
* 1/3 cup oil
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Vanilla Icing
* 1 cup powder sugar
* 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
* Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
* In a large bowl, add the eggs and oil. Mix until fully combined. Add in the yellow cake mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until you get a cookie dough consistency.
* Scoop about two tablespoons of dough and place it onto the baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes.
* Take the cookies out of the oven and allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Transfer them to a wire rack to finish cooling completely.
* In a bowl, add in all the ingredients for the Icing. Dip each cookie and let it set. Store them in an airtight container.
