Easy And Healthy Chapati
These beautiful looking chapati are healthy, quick and easy to make. The method of making is same as regular roti. The only difference is addition of puree into the dough. It’s very healthy and high protein Chapati recipe.
Ingredients-
1 bunch of spinach
1 cup paneer
1 green chili
1 inch ginger
2 cups Whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp Salt
Ghee as required
Instructions ..
Add spinach, paneer, ginger and green chili to blender and add water as required, so that it blends well .
In a bowl, add whole wheat flour, spinach paneer puree, salt and Knead the soft dough.
Make balls and roll with rolling pin .
Make roti and cook it on tawa from both sides.
Appply ghee or serve as it is .
