Cloud Toast
In the past few weeks, someone asked me how to make toast bread using an air fryer. Here I will teach you a simple toast recipe.
Ingredients
- 250g high-gluten flour
- 30g caster sugar
- 2.5g salt
- 10g fresh yeast
- 60g egg white
- 100g milk
- 30g yogurt
- 25g butter
How To Cook?
- Step 1
Put all the ingredients except butter and fresh yeast into the cook machine, stir at low speed until there is no dry powder, then adjust to high speed to beat to thick film state.
- Step 2
Add butter and fresh yeast to the dough, blend at low speed, and beat at high speed until the glove film can be pulled out.
- Step 3
Put the kneaded dough in a cooking bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature to 2 times its size. (Dip your finger in hand powder and poke the dough without shrinking.)
- Step 4
Press and exhaust the fermented dough, divide it into 3 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15-20 minutes.
- Step 5
Take out the dough and roll it into an oval shape. Gently pat the air bubbles off the edges. After turning it over, fold the left and right sides to the middle respectively, press gently to roll it out, and then roll it up from top to bottom.
- Step 6
Put the dough into the toast box one by one with the mouth facing down. Put a bowl of hot water into the oven and ferment at 35°C 8 minutes until the mold is full.
- Step 7
Preheat the upper tube to 160℃(320℉) and down tube to 180℃(360℉), bake it for 35 minutes. When the top color changes, cover with tin foil.

After the oven is out of the furnace, shaken out in time to demould, and it can be placed on the drying net.
