Barbecue Baby Back Ribs

With a simple recipe that only takes 45 minutes, this meal is perfect for any day of the week!

Ingredients
- 1 rack pork baby back ribs
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
How To Cook?
- Step 1
Peel the membrane from the back of the ribs by sliding a dinner knife under the membrane and over the bone. Lift and loosen the membrane until it tears, then hold the edge of the membrane with a paper towel to pull it off.
Note: The membrane may come off in one whole piece, or you may need to remove it in smaller pieces.

- Step 2
Preheat air fryer oven temperature to 380°F.
Cut the rack into 3 equal sections, then dry the ribs thoroughly with paper towels.

- Step 3
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and mustard powder in a small bowl and mix until combined.

- Step 4
Season the ribs on both sides with the spice mixture.

- Step 5
Wrap each section of ribs tightly with foil, then place the ribs meat-side down into the preheated air fryer oven.
Set temperature to 380°F and time to 25 minutes, then start air fryer oven.

- Step 6
Remove the ribs when done and carefully unwrap the aluminum foil.

- Step 7
Brush the ribs on each side with barbecue sauce, then place them back into the air fryer oven meat-side up. Fry the ribs at 380°F for 10 minutes.

Remove the ribs from the air fryer when done and let cool slightly before serving.
