Recipe:

Equipment
* Baking dish approximately 30x22 cm/ 12x9 inches or 9x9 inch square pan
* Large bowl & whisk OR stand mixer

Ingredients 
* Approx 750 g phyllo or yufka dough 1.5 lb, Note 1 pack
* 350 g cow milk feta 12.5 oz
* 200 g cup sour cream ¾ cup
* 200 g cottage cheese ¾ cup
* ½ liter whole milk 2 cups
* 6 eggs (5 eggs for batter and 1 egg to brush on top)
* 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
* 1 tsp sea salt

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. BEFORE baking let the phyllo dough soak up the batter in the pan for 30 mins. So once you have prepared your baking pan let it sit for at least 20 mins before baking.
