Grilled Lemon Pangasius

Ingredients
- 1 balsa fish
- 1 lemon
- 1 spoon of cooking wine
- 1 spoon of light soy sauce
- 1 spoon of oyster sauce
- 2g black pepper / 5g salt
How To Cook
- Step 1
Wash the pansa fish and cut into pieces. Marinate for half an hour with cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, and half a lemon juice.
- Step 2
Cover the baking tray with tin foil, place the fish in the baking tray, and spread half a lemon slice on the fish.
- Step 3
Put the baking tray into the preheated K5 Air Fryer Oven, and bake at 190℃(370℉) for 15 minutes.
